Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital performance marketing for the portfolio of residential projects & new launches.
Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social, retargeting, Portals & Affiliates networks for targeted lead delivery
Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPIs
Account audit, Campaign Budget planning, Ad copy and landing page analysis
Agency & Portal management to drive the lead requirement across the portfolio projects assigned to
Communicate campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns
Driving campaign efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), exploring using different platforms, new products & ad formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as partner
Analyzing the campaign performance and website traffic using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
Work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. responsible for measuring the ROI and performance of all the efforts on how they are being translated into sales
Keep a keen eye on copy and visual styles that have worked on the campaigns across channels and replicate these approaches as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have knowledge of HTML
Excellent communicator and creative thinker
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Updated knowledge of trends on marketing channels and technologies
Technical: Canva, HTML editor, Video editor, WordPress,e-commerce website building
Language: Kannada, English, (Speaking and reading)
Experience: At least 1 years of working experience in Digital Marketing etc.
Desired Profile: Should be familiar with SEO, SMO, SMM, PPC, Political ads and latest Digital Marketing technologies.
